Education and Enrichment
Through a commitment to honoring diverse perspectives,
we prepare our programs to be impactful and available to our neighborhood friends. As they provide both tangible and intellectual benefits, our goals is to develop the knowledge, tools, and skills they need to truly let their lives speak.
We take pride in seeing our community thrive through simple acts of opportunity that are given. The true measure of our success is built on the advancement of our neighbors, our communities, and ultimately our world.

SUD Recovery Readiness & Aftercare Support
IDRC SOCIAL AWARENESS PROGRAM
Through our Recovery Readiness and Aftercare Support Program, IDRC will be providing structured support and education for those pursuing recovery from substance use disorders. A licensed and certified staff facilitates individual and group process that is guided by a personalized workbook. Each participant is then assigned a Recovery Peer Mentor to help guide them through their recovery. These services are provided to clients, both pre and post treatment. Integrity Development & Rehabilitation Center's Recovery Readiness Program is a pretreatment program that provides a personalized approach to treatment through one- on-one counseling, group sessions, and educational classes. Recovery Readiness also provides insight, education, continuing care, and peer support to prepare IDRC clients to enter treatment and engage in the treatment process. Pre-treatment is a major key component in program completion and relapse prevention. IDRC currently hosts 12-step recovery meetings throughout the week, aimed at providing assistance to those in recovery from drugs and/or alcohol.
Asbestos Abatement Training Program (AATP)
EMPLOYMENT TRAINING & WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
The Asbestos Abatement Training Program (AATP) is a 6-week workforce development and skills building program that trains its participants in the safe removal of asbestos in true compliance with federal laws, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requirements. Training is based on Asbestos Abatement but will also incorporate career development & soft skill building elements. During the program, participants will attend workshops on resume writing, dressing for success, financial literacy and precise budgeting, entrepreneurship as independent contractors, and navigating a career fair. Upon the successful completion of AATP, graduates will be licensed and certified, and prepared for employment at a competitive salary. The Asbestos Abatement Training Program (AATP) is open to all but has a primary focus on the “hard to employ” population. Participants do not have to have a high school diploma, a viable work history, or a clean criminal record to enroll. No restrictions to obtain this training which makes AATP an excellent supportive service to those formerly incarcerated and seeking successful re-entry into society. The skills and connections gained during our 6-week program will reduce recidivism and remove barriers by giving our participants viable opportunities with organizations that will see their skills and not their past.
